Deleting Your Data from Amplicast
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Amplicast (operated by FalkeLabs LLC, doing business as Amplicast, New York, USA) lets you connect social accounts — including Facebook and Instagram — to schedule and publish content. This page explains how to delete your data.
Delete your account and all data from within Amplicast
- Log in at app.amplicast.io and open Settings.
- Under Delete account, click Delete my account and confirm.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and all connected data is scheduled for permanent deletion.
What gets deleted
Your profile, organization, all connected social accounts and their access tokens, content sources, drafts, scheduled and published post records, generated media, and analytics — everything associated with your account.
Grace period
We retain your data for 30 days after a deletion request so you can restore your account by logging back in and choosing "Cancel deletion." After 30 days the data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Disconnecting a social account only
To revoke Amplicast's access to a single platform without deleting your account, remove the connection in the Channels tab, and/or remove Amplicast from that platform's connected-apps settings (for Facebook/Instagram: Settings → Security → Business Integrations).
Request deletion by email
If you can't access your account, email privacy@amplicast.io from your registered email address and we will delete your data within 30 days.
